Internal documents obtained by Reuters indicate that the College Board has repeatedly dealt with security issues with the tests they've administered in Asian countries. The not-for-profit company that owns the SAT test privately acknowledged in confidential documents that they've recycled tests even after their contents had been leaked by an unnamed "Chinese website." Reuters uncovered at least eight occasions "in which test material was circulating online before the SAT was administered overseas."
