After a month of arrests, law-enforcement officials have successfully disassembled a drug-smuggling ring that involved migrants crossing the border from Mexico into the U.S. on foot with pounds of cocaine and heroin on their backs and lookouts standing guard atop Arizona hilltops. The ring has generated more than $2 billion in five years. There is a suspected link between the 76 people arrested and most-wanted Mexican drug lord Joaquin Guzman.
