Investigators have taken statements from all the members of a Clemson University fraternity who were running with a pledge whose body was later found under a bridge Monday. The university suspended activities for all frats on Tuesday, citing sexual misconduct and alcohol abuse, but did not tie it to the death of Tucker Hipps, 19. Deputies say they still don't have evidence that his death was due to hazing. However, questions remain as to how Hipps fell over a four-foot wall between the bridge and lake. "We don't know what caused the fall, why he fell and exactly how he fell. That's the focus of this investigation," said Oconee County Sheriff Mike Crenshaw.
