Two buses and an oil tanker collided in Afghanistan on Sunday leading to at least 73 deaths. Many of the people, including women and children, were burned beyond recognition in one of the worst accidents in the country's history. It happened in the Ghazni province, one of the areas affected most by the Taliban insurgency. Many drivers in the area typically drive quickly so as to avoid any insurgency activity. One passenger said the bus driver was at fault.
