World leaders, keep your eye on this one: Czech President Vaclav Klaus was caught on camera stealing a pen at an address with Chilean President Sebastian Pinera. As Pinera speaks, Klaus is seen opening the pen case, inspecting the pen, and nodding in apparent approval. He then slides the pen beneath the table; when he lifts hands above the table, the pen is gone, and Klaus buttons his jacket. Klaus’ spokesman says he had a right to take the pen: "We at the Prague Castle always give such a pen to delegations, along with a notepad.”
