Additionally, websites that display links with the word “WikiLeaks” (including, for example, The Daily Beast) come up in browsers with the offending text crossed out. Meanwhile, the U.S. military has only blocked access to particular URLs, rather than institute a blanket policy against all Web addresses that mention the notorious website.
