The Philadelphia woman accused of chaining four mentally disabled people in her basement while she collected their Social Security checks may have preyed on dozens of others: Police have discovered paperwork for as many as 50 other people in her possession. Linda Ann Weston was arrested Sunday after her landlord discovered four people chained to the boiler in the basement; all were malnourished and showed signs of physical abuse. Weston previously served eight years for a starvation death of a man who refused to support her pregnant sister.
