The people have spoken, and now the market has. Egyptian stocks continued to tumble Monday morning after President Mohamed Morsi’s recent attempt to give himself what opponents called near-dictatorial powers. The country’s main index was down 3.9 percent just after opening. Clashes between protesters and police have left more than 500 people injured in recent days.
