NBC News is reporting that a grand jury has indicted Faisal Shazad, the suspect in the attempted Times Square car bombing, on 10 terror-related counts. Shazad was arrested on May 3 on a Dubai-bound plane, two days after the car bomb he allegedly planted failed to detonate. Charges include attempted use of a weapon of mass destruction and attempted acts of terrorism transcending national boundaries, both of which carry life terms.
