U.S. officials have nabbed the latest suspects in a sprawling insider-trading case. On Tuesday, prosecutors will unseal indictments against three hedge-fund portfolio managers for insider trading and obstruction of justice. They join eight previously indicted employees or consultants at Primary Global Research, including Winifred Jiau, who was arrested in December 2010 on charges of sharing nonpublic information that allowed one fund to earn more than $820,000. U.S. attorneys will announce the charges later in the day.
