French authorities carried out more than 150 anti-terror raids across the country early Monday morning, in a crackdown against potential co-conspirators of the men who carried out Friday night’s terror attack. “We are at war with terrorism,” Prime Minister Manuel Valls told a radio station. “The terrorists can strike again.” The raids have reportedly turned up guns, armor, and a rocket launcher. Nearly two dozen people have been arrested.
