Getting desperate for President Obama’s stimulus? It looks like you’ll have to wait a little longer: The bill is headed to the Senate floor for debate. Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, however, is saying that he doubts the bill will pass the Senate in its present form, complaining it doesn’t have enough tax cuts and that Republicans have been shut out of the process. "I can't believe that the president isn't embarrassed about the products that have been produced so far,” McConnell said. The number-two Senate Republican, John Kyl of Arizona, also said that the current bill should be scrapped and lawmakers should start anew.
