The rich will be getting richer for a while. The gap between America's rich, middle, and lower classes isn't going to improve in the near future, a Harvard Business School study found. The report, "An Economy Doing Half its Job," even calls the gap "unsustainable." Good news: American companies are slowly recovering their competitive edge—but workers are still struggling to gain better pay and benefits. By polling nearly 2,000 alumni, it found 47 percent of respondents expected American companies to become less internationally competitive and less able to pay higher salaries.
