Europe is snowed in for a second day. Heavy snow has caused flight delays in Brussels, Frankfurt, Munich, Vienna, Prague, and Paris Orly, as well as train cancellations and closed roads. Five people died of exposure in Poland Wednesday when temperatures fell below -14.8 degrees Fahrenheit. Another five people died in central Europe and two in the U.K. Though the heavy snow is expected to ease in central Europe during the day, the extreme cold and heavy snow will likely continue for several days as the low-pressure front moves eastward.
