After only a year and a half as editorial director of Brant Publications—which publishes Interview, Art in America, and Antiques – Glenn O’Brien threw in the towel. But he’s not going down without a fight, which, of course, means going straight to Page Six. “They’re not paying anybody—even people under contract,” O’Brien told the Post of his boss, Peter Brant, who owns the mags, and his son, Ryan, who’s been running them. “They owe everybody—retouchers, printers, photographers, writers … It’s been horrible for months. You don’t want to assign stories if the writer’s won’t get paid.”
