At a Bahrain security conference Friday, the Iranian foreign minister, Manouchehr Mottaki, concentrated on his dinner while Secretary of State Hillary Clinton focused in directly and overtly on Iran during her remarks from the podium. Afterward, she saw Mottaki as she walked toward the exit. “I said ‘Hello, minister.’ He just turned away,” she later told reporters.
