Jeff Conaway, best known for his roles in Grease and Taxi, died Friday due to complications from pneumonia, his sister told The Los Angeles Times. The 60-year-old actor was found unconscious in his home in California on May 10 and had been in a coma ever since. Conaway had been battling drug addiction for years and appeared on two seasons of VH1’s Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew Pinsky. Pinksy tweeted that Conaway’s illness did not appear to be linked to an intentional drug overdose. Conaway told the Times in December: "When people stop me on the street and say, 'Man, your story touched me so much,' it just makes all this pain worthwhile, you know?... Because I don't know where actors go after they die, but I know people who help other people have a nice place to go. And I would like to go there if I can."
