Kate Moss’s TopShop has earned major money, but now it’s raked in a top fashion prize, too. Moss’ £60 “high street” frock has been named Dress of the Year by Bath Fashion Museum. It’s an architectural frock, with high shoulders and bell sleeves. But it’s more than just a dress: in a year where people are spending less on shopping, it made sense that the award went to Moss, for her low-budget line—instead of higher-end designers like Alexander McQueen and Calvin Klein.
