Who doesn’t like the scent of raw meat? Fresh from her victories at MTV’s Video Music Awards, where she wore a look of head-to-toe rare steaks, Lady Gaga signed a deal to create a line of fragrances. Stephen Mormoris, senior vice president of global marketing at Coty Beauty, told Women’s Wear Daily that the deal was reached last week. The first Gaga fragrance is due in spring 2012. Perfume is the latest in a series of products the pop star has lent her name to. Others include Polaroid, Heartbeats headphones, and her rumored line of sunglasses for British company Linda Farrow. Gaga has said that she’s selective about what brands she works with, telling MTV News last November: "I don't see the headphones as separate from what I already do. That's why I was OK with doing it ... 'Cause designing and putting out products is something that is very kind of funny when you're a musician—'cause I don't want my fans or anyone to think that I don't put the music first."
