When gossip newspaper editor and America’s Got Talent host Piers Morgan was chosen as the suspendered one’s successor on CNN’s Larry King Live, he promised to pellet his guests with hard-hitting questions. Now that the buzz from his splashy debut with Oprah Winfrey has died down after over a month as host of Piers Morgan Tonight, Larry King isn’t that impressed. "He's good but not that dangerous,” King told BBC Radio 4. “I think they might have been better off starting quietly and that's not Piers' fault, or maybe it is, I'm not inside anymore.” King added, “He's certainly not bad. He's certainly an acceptable host. He asks good questions, maybe he interrupts a little too much at times. I think he may have been oversold.”
