Nevada joined four other states on Saturday in allowing the purchase of marijuana for recreational use. Nevadans voted 54-46 in November to legalize marijuana use for adults 21 and older without the ned of a medical cannabis card. More than 40 stores across Southern Nevada are now authorized to begin selling the drug. Police reported no incidents as large crowds gathered at dispensaries.
