No one is letting a few courtroom appearances and rehab sessions get in the way of Lindsay Lohan’s career. The producers behind her latest film, Inferno, have decided to relocate filming to Los Angeles from Louisiana so that she can still star in it while taking care of her continuous legal problems. "We're staying [in Los Angeles]—good for the movie, but also the best way to deal with travel restrictions or other hijinks," one source told TMZ.com. Lohan, who spent 14 hours in jail Friday before posting $300,000 bail, is due to start shooting in January.
