Time is apparently on Lindsay Lohan’s side. The actress attended a brief court hearing on Thursday, where she was granted more time to work out a plea bargain in her felony grand theft case regarding a diamond necklace. A Los Angeles judge set Lohan’s next court date for March 25, when she’s required to appear if she decides to accept a plea deal. The court expects Lohan’s lawyer to let them know if she’s decided to plead guilty or no contest and accept the court’s offer by March 23. If Lohan does plead guilty, her felony grand theft case will be heard in court on April 22 and she’s expected to receive jail time. The actress has denied stealing the necklace from a Venice, California, jewelry store.
