Lindsay Lohan does not want to go back to the clinker: TMZ says she’s willing to plead guilty to felony charges of theft as part of a plea deal, if it means she doesn’t have to go to prison. TMZ adds it’s common for judges to reduce the offense to a misdemeanor, if the defendant keeps out of trouble for a year. Lohan is accused of stealing a $2,500 necklace from a jewelry store; on Wednesday, the judge warned her, “"You're no different than anyone else. So please, don't push your luck."
