Lindsay Lohan's jewelry-store saga isn't going well for the troubled actress, who is accused of stealing a $2,500 necklace from a boutique in Venice, California. TMZ reports prosecutors will charge Lohan with grand theft larceny, a felony crime that could result in up to three years in state prison. Lohan was seen on the store's security camera with the necklace, and then photographed wearing it a few days later. She claims she took it from the store on loan, but the store insists she did not go through their regular procedure for loaning bling to the stars.
