Bernie Madoff is behind bars for the rest of his life, but his cronies are still swept up in the legal system. Frank DiPascali, who prosecutors say played a crucial role in Madoff's epic swindle, is cooperating with authorities in hopes of a lighter sentence. DiPascali was one of Madoff's closest aides on the infamous 17th-floor where his Ponzi scheme was orchestrated. DiPascali faces a laundry list of charges: "conspiracy, securities fraud, mail fraud, wire fraud, investment adviser fraud, two counts of falsifying the books of a broker dealer, international money laundering, perjury and federal income tax evasion," according to the New York Times. The maximum sentence is 125 years in prison.
