A Malaysian court on Wednesday was shown security footage that captured the Feb. 13 killing of Kim Jong Un’s estranged half-brother at Kuala Lumpur’s airport. The two suspects, Vietnamese citizen Doan Thi Huong and Indonesian citizen Siti Aisyah, can reportedly be seen running away from Kim Jong Nam after the attack. They have pleaded not guilty and said they believed they were taking part in a TV prank, though prosecutors say they knew they were handling the deadly VX nerve agent in a brazen assassination. While Aisyah is not shown attacking Kim in the video, Huong can be seen approaching him from behind and putting her hands over his face, the Associated Press reports. Both suspects are then seen rushing off to separate restrooms with their hands held out from their bodies as if to avoid touching themselves. The video also showed what prosecutors described as a practice run for the attack on Kim, in which Huong smeared a substance on a person’s face two days before the alleged assassination.
