A Venezuelan man has been arrested on charges of manslaughter and practicing unlicensed medicine resulting in death for allegedly providing butt injections that caused a 28-year-old woman's death. Jose Robusto, 43, was caught when he returned to Miami on Friday. He had fled to his native Venezuela upon the death of Suyima Torres in April 2013.
