A South Carolina man was struck by an SUV while attempting to play a real-life version of the videogame Frogger, police said. According to Clemson cops, the 23-year-old man and his friends were discussing the videogame—where a player makes a frog jump out in front of objects and avoid being struck by them—at the intersection of two highways, when the victim yelled “go” and darted across the highway into incoming traffic. The man was struck by an SUV and transported to a local hospital, where he is listed in stable condition. Police said it doesn’t appear that any charges will be filed against the SUV driver.
