A Pennsylvania-based doctor was arrested at President Trump’s D.C. hotel Wednesday after reportedly acting in a suspicious manner and being found to have an assault-style rifle and handgun in his vehicle. Bryan Moles, a physician from Edinboro, Penn., was arrested at the Trump International Hotel in Washington after authorities received a tip that he was armed with weapons and ammunition. “I was very concerned about this circumstance,” Metro Police Chief Newsham said, “and I believe the officers and our federal partners, and in particular the tipster, averted a potential disaster here in our nation's capital.” According to the Associated Press, Moles will be charged with carrying a pistol without a license and having unregistered ammunition; but authorities did not find sufficient enough evidence to charge him with making threats.
