The suspect in Monday’s chainsaw attack in Switzerland is still on the run more than 24 hours after he targeted a health-insurance office near the border with Germany. Franz Wrousis, 50, allegedly wounded five people during the rampage, and police say he is likely still armed with the killer tool. “Anyone who sees him should avoid him,” said a spokesman. Wrousis reportedly lived in the woods near the border for some time before the attack.
