As the clock ticks down towards the hotly anticipated match between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao, there's still no contract with the MGM Grand casino to ensure that it will actually take place. According to Pacquiao promoter Bob Arum, the contract presented to him on April 15 was not what he had agreed to during prior talks—namely, that his firm doesn't have decision-making power during the match. But Mayweather Promotions CEO Leonard Ellerbe has another take. "The bottom line is that Bob isn't willing to live with the agreement signed a couple months ago, which doesn't allow him to be in control," he said.
