The Miami Heat may be down 2-1 in the NBA Finals against the San Antonio Spurs, but that apparently isn’t keeping them from looking ahead to next season. According to ESPN, Heat officials are working to expand its Big Three of LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, and Chris Bosh to include New York Knicks star Carmelo Anthony. Anthony would have to opt out of the final year of his contract, while James, Wade, and Bosh would likely have to restructure their contracts in order to make room on the team’s payroll.
