Suspected murderer and fugitive Rafael McCloud, 34, was fatally shot Thursday morning by a woman he attempted to hold hostage. McCloud reportedly approached a man in Vicksburg, Miss., and ordered him and his wife inside their home, where a child was present, and he tied them up to hold them captive. The husband and wife ended up being able to find a gun and shot McCloud during a struggle. The fugitive was on the run after he overpowered a guard at the nearby Warren County Jail on March 2.
