Mitt Romney aimed his primary-day attacks at President Obama Tuesday, saying Obama is “consumed with trying to find someone to blame for an extraordinarily failed presidency.” He also contradicted the president’s argument that striking down his health-care legislation would be an “activist” move by the Supreme Court. “An activist court is one that departs from the Constitution and begins legislating from the bench,” said Romney. “In this case, the court is doing the job they were put in place to do.” If they rule against the individual mandate, “that will not be an activist court, that will be a court following the Constitution.”
