North Korea isn’t one for mincing words. After South Korea set up 11 loudspeakers at the border to blare in anti-communist propaganda, Pyongyang threatened to destroy them and then turn Seoul “into a sea of flame.” "The revolutionary armed forces of the DPRK will launch an all-out military strike to blow up the group's means for the psychological warfare," North Korea’s General Staff of the Korean People's Army said in a statement. Tension on the Korean Peninsula has flared since an international investigation determined last month that North Korea was responsible for the sinking of the Cheonan, a South Korean warship, in March—a claim the North as vehemently denied. Despite the threat, South Korean intelligence has not reported any unusual troop movements along the border.
