It's the final everyone hopes for: the world's top two players will face one another in the men's singles final at the U.S. Open on Monday after they both won their semi-final matches Saturday. Novak Djokovic defeated Swiss Stanislas Wawrinka, who came into the match after stunning defending Open champion Andy Murray in three sets. Djokovic played unevenly, dropping two sets to before Wawrinka began faltering with a groin injury in the fifth. World No. 2 Rafael Nadal had an easier time with French challenger Richard Gasquet, a spin stylist who was simply no match for Rafa's relentless power strokes. Nadal has beaten Djokovic in 15 out of their 21 previous matches; Nadal won their meeting in the 2010 U.S. Open final, and Djokovic prevailed in the rematch in the 2011 final.
