Two California National Guardsmen have admitted to selling military-style assault rifles to an undercover ATF agent posing as a member of a Mexican drug cartel. Jaime Casillas and Andrew Reyes, both of whom worked Army National Guard Armory in El Cajon, pled guilty Thursday in federal court. Investigators said that in one transaction, the men showed up in Army uniforms and sold an AR-15 rifle to an undercover agent for $2,150.
