Another arrest has been made in the Nov. 13 attacks that killed 130 people in Paris, bringing the total number of suspects to nine. The 30-year-old Belgian allegedly communicated with the cousin of the lead planner of the attacks. Authorities say the man, identified only as Abdoullah C., is facing murder and terrorism charges. He was arrested Tuesday but authorities said they held off on announcing his apprehension to avoid tipping off potential accomplices.
