In the market for a new home? For just $125 million, you could be the proud owner of New York City’s most expensive home. The 16-room penthouse at the Pierre hotel on Manhattan’s Fifth Avenue takes up three floors and comes complete with six bathrooms, five fireplaces, and four terraces. Stock-market analyst Martin Zweig purchased the sprawling pad for $21.5 million in 1999 and enjoyed it for a good 14 years before he died in February.
