Oakland authorities said Wednesday they plan on charging One L. Goh, the man accused of going on a shooting rampage at Oikos University, with seven counts of murder and three counts of premeditated attempted murder. Alameda County District Attorney Nancy O’Mally said her office will allege a special circumstance against Goh killing multiple people. With these charges, he will face life in prison at the very least and perhaps the death penalty. The public will get their first view of Goh since the shooting on Wednesday when he is scheduled to appear in court.
