Hope your favorite T.V. show isn’t on tonight: President Barack Obama will deliver his first primetime address before the House of Representatives at 9 p.m. The speech is not technically a State of the Union address, since he’s too new to office, but will otherwise be treated as such. The focus will be, of course, the economy. Obama will stress how universal health care and educational opportunity are related to the economic recovery. He also will emphasize that the $1 trillion deficit was “inherited.”
