President Obama will meet privately with Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Bernie Sanders on Wednesday, the White House confirmed. There will be “no formal agenda” for the meeting at the Oval Office, press secretary Josh Earnest said Tuesday. The president has said that he will not make any endorsements during the primary. News of the meeting comes a day after Obama praised Democratic frontrunner Hillary Clinton as being “extraordinarily experienced” and “wicked smart.”
