With Tom Daschle out as Obama's head of Health and Human Services over a tax flap, the White House is searching for a quick replacement to put its plans for health care reform back on track. One leading candidate appears to be Kansas Gov. Kathleen Sebelius, an Obama official told the Associated Press. Sebelius, who has a close relationship with the president and supported his primary campaign early on, is a former Kansas insurance commissioner and staunch women's rights advocate. She also advised the president on how to connect with women during the election season.
