New York State Attorney General Eric Schneiderman announced a probe into the police shooting of 37-year-old Delrawn Small who was killed on Monday morning in Brooklyn. The incident allegedly began when Small was angry that the cop's car cut him off. He then reportedly proceeded to go to the driver's side and punch the officer twice. The officer pulled a gun and shot him after this. Another witness account alleged that the two cars almost hit each other, prompting Small to get out of the car at which point the cop shot him.
