The nation's oldest World War II veteran died at the age of 110 this week. Frank Levingston was in Shreveport, Louisiana at the time of his death; he was one of seven children, and he was born in 1905. Levingston reportedly served in the Naples-Foggia campaign in Italy. After he was discharged, he worked in cement finishing. He never married and has no children, local media reports.
