Two Paris police officers have been suspended while under investigation for raping a Canadian tourist. An interior minister said Sunday that a preliminary case has been opened against the two men. A third officer who is being investigated as a witness has also been suspended. According to French newspaper reports, the 34-year-old tourist was visiting from Toronto. She reportedly met the officers in a bar and later went to their unit's headquarters, where she says she was gang-raped.
