Last season, fake rain poured down on the roof of the Hyde Park pavilion for the show's finale as models emerged with umbrellas. This season's finale was an explosion of bright colors: models blanketed the runway in shining metallic coats of every color, from purple to pink, to blue to green. And though the collection was modern and vibrant, Burberry designer Christopher Bailey explained that he was inspired by an 100-year-old image of capes and corsets in Burberry's archive. This season, he told The Telegraph, is "a little bit sassier, a little bit sexier, and a little bit more joyful."
