Rochester, New York, pizza shop owner and naturalized citizen Mufid Elfgeeh pleaded guilty Thursday to trying to find U.S. recruits to join the ISIS terror group. Officials allege that Elfgeeh tried to enlist three people, two of whom were working for the FBI, in addition to planning to buy firearms for the purpose of killing returning American soldiers. Prosecutors say Elfgeeh has admitted that his attempts at recruitment were acts of terrorism. He will face a maximum of 22 years in prison at his March 17 sentencing.
