Yet another chapter for the biopic: The long-awaited case against Roman Polanski, the famed Chinatown and Rosemary's Baby auteur who escaped to France 31 years ago after he plead guilty to sleeping with a 13-year-old girl, will move forward again this week after his latest appeal was denied. His attorneys moved to have all Los Angeles Superior Court judges disqualified due to bias. The court, however, agreed with prosecutors, who said that Polanski’s claim was "frivolous," reports Variety. A new date for the hearing will be set today.
